PUBLIC NOTICE
Public Auction
In Accordance with OCGA 40-11-19 you are hereby notified of a public silent auction being held at 2107 US Hwy. 41 N. Cordele, GA 31015. All bidders must come to our office between September 21, 2026 and September 25, 2026 during normal business hours of 9am – 5pm to request access to view any interested vehicles. All bids must be submitted in writing by 5pm on September 25, 2026 and include Bidders Name, Address, Phone Number, Vehicle Description, and Bid Amount. The highest bidders will be contacted by phone by 5pm on September 28, 2026 and will have until 5pm on October 2, 2026 to Pay with Certified Funds or Cash, show a copy of a photo ID to confirm bidder identity and tow away or make arrangements to tow away any purchased vehicles. The following vehicles will be auctioned:
