Hourly rates per machine for the removal of trees and general land clearing, farm cleanup, burn pile management, dirt work, septic systems, foundations, water flow management, road building, and rock work are as follows:

John Deere Mini 50G with hydraulic thumb - $125/hour, 4-hour minimum, 5+ hours - $110/hour

Case Skid Steer 1845C - $80/hour, 4-hour minimum, 5+ hours - $65/hour

Case Skid Steer 85XT - $85/hour, 4-hour minimum, 5+ hours - $70/hour

Case 450 Bulldozer - $90/hour, 4-hour minimum, 5+ hours - $75/hour

Case 450 Track Loader - $90/hour, 4-hour minimum, 5+ hours - $75/hour

4WD 3500 Dually Pickup Truck and Dump Trailer (with 2-man crew to haul brush to burn piles or trash to landfill) - $60/hour + landfill fee

Tractors with harrows, box blades, rakes, bush hogs, claws, grader blades, etc. - $65/hour, 4-hour minimum, 5+ hours - $55/hour
