PUBLIC NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID
The Crisp County Commissioners’ Public Works Department is accepting bids for the following:
1. Patch, level, resurface, strip, backfill and grass shoulders on 10.72 miles of portions of ten (10) different County roads.
2. Preparation of base, pave, stripe, backfill and grass shoulders on 1.15 miles of Rock Road.
To receive a bid package contact Crisp County Public Works, 125 Eddie Road, Cordele, Ga. 31015 or call (229) 276-2650. Crisp County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
Sealed bids should be marked on the exterior with 2025/2026 Paving projects. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, 24 September, 2026 at the Crisp County Government Center, 210 South 7th Street, Room 305, Cordele, GA 31015. At which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The price, quality and other pertinent factors will be reviewed before the bid is awarded. NOTE: A mandatory pre-Bid meeting will be held on Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 2:00 PM local time at Crisp County Public Works, 125 Eddie Road, Cordele, Ga.
