COUNTY OF WILCOX
IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SAID STATE AND COUNTY:
To Heirs of Gail Turner, Decedent:
This is to give each of you notice that Ruth Stewart and Richard Stewart, Administrators of the Estate of Gail Turner, Decedent, have filed in this Court their Petition for Extra Compensation for alleged extra services rendered said Estate, and that a hearing will be had on said Petition by this Court on the 13th day of August, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Now, therefore, this is to cite all the heirs of the said Gail Turner, Decedent, to be and appear at said time in the Probate Court of said County, to show cause, if any they have, why said Administrators should not be allowed extra compensation as prayed in their Petition.
