Notice is hereby given that Debra Ellen Fowinkle-Smith, the undersigned, file her petition to the Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia on the 25th day of June, 2026, praying for a change in the name of petitioner from Debra Ellen Fowinkle-Smith to Debra Ellne Fowinkle. Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in said Court and to file objections to such name change.
