NOTICE OF SALE UNDER
POWER OF SECURITY DEED
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF CRISP
Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from LAKEYA NICOLE LAVANT, to ROBERT K. BELL, JR. INVESTMENTS, INC.., dated May 4, 2026, and being recorded in Deed Book 1254, pages 65-73, Crisp County, Georgia Records, given to secure one Note in the original amount of $67,500.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Crisp County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in AUGUST 2026, the following described property to-wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 203 of the 10th Land District of Crisp County, Georgia, consisting of 0.20 acres, more or less, with a dwelling house thereon and identified as Parcel B on that certain Plat for Griffin Lumber Company by J. B. Faircloth recorded May 5, 2020, in Plat Book E2020, Page 18, Clerk’s Office, Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia
Said property with an address 1029 Drayton Road, Cordele, Georgia 31015, known as Parcel ID C01B030 in the Tax Assessor’s Office of Crisp County, Georgia.
The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full by reason of default under the provisions of said Deed to Secure Debt and the terms of the Note secured thereby, and sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness and interest thereon, attorney’s fees and expenses of sale, and the balance, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.
To the best knowledge and belief of the Lender, said property will be sold as the property of LAKEYA NICOLE LAVANT, and is being sold subject to any and all liens superior to this lien, outstanding ad valorem taxes, and easements, restrictions against the property, if any. The undersigned will execute a deed to the purchaser as authorized by the aforementioned debt deed.
