COUNTY OF WILCOX
NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from ANDREW RUSSELL LOGUE, II and ANDREW RUSSELL LOGUE, SR. AS TRUSTEE FOR LEVI TERRELL LOGUE, to FIVE STAR CREDIT UNION F/K/A WILCOX COUNTY STATE BANK, dated August 14, 2026, recorded in Deed Book 00354, Pages 00098-00106, Wilcox County, Georgia, Office of Superior Court Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Promissory Note dated August 14, 202 in the original principal sum of Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred and fifty Seven Dollars and 55/100 dollars ($26,257.55), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Promissory Note on the unpaid balance until paid and a Consumer Security Agreement dated August 14, 2020 (both the Promissory Note and Consumer Security Agreement have ANDREW RUSSELL LOGUE, II AND JENNIFER GIBBS LOGUE, as the Borrowers), there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Wilcox County, Georgia, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on August 4, 2026, the property located at 542 Falcon Circle, Abbeville, GA 31001, more fully described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the installment payment due on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney’s fees.
Said property will be sold as the property of ANDREW RUSSELL LOGUE, II and ANDREW RUSSELL LOGUE, SR. AS TRUSTEE FOR LEVI TERRELL LOGUE, subject to the outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any, and all easements and restrictions of record, if any, having priority over this Security Deed.
