NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CORDELE
A public hearing will be conducted before the City of Cordele Planning Commission to amend the Zoning Code of the City by repealing Section 4.61 of the Zoning Code in its entirety which establish yard regulations of residential properties in the City, provided for fencing development standards, and provided for permit fees for fencing.
The hearings will be held by the Planning Commission on July 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. and by the City Commission on July 20, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Both hearings will take place at the Cordele City Hall, 501 North 7th Street, Cordele, GA 31015.
