NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OR RIGHT TO REDEEM

Take notice that: CAROL HUNT-SHAW
The right to redeem the following described properties, to wit: All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel C24-013, lying and being in Land Lot 247, 10th Land District of Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia, being Lot 8A and the East 40 feet of Lot 7A in Block 619, Pine Meadows Subdivision, said City, as the same and delineated and shown on 1965 revision of Plat of Survey of said Subdivision prepared by William A. Pryor, Crisp County Surveyor dated April 1, 1965. Said property is located at 1004 E 6th Avenue, Cordelle, Georgia.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of February, 2025, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1231 at Page 263.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st of May, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 100 Sumter Street, P. O. Box 178, Oglethorpe, Georgia 31068.
