By Order for Service by Publication dated the 11th day of February, 2026, you are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of April, 2025, the Plaintiffs herein filed suit against you for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision that occurred on May 26, 2023.
You are required to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Crisp County, and to serve upon the Plaintiffs by and through their counsel of record Hal F. Higgins, Esq. of the law office of Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., 4227 Pleasant Hill Road , Building 11, Duluth, Georgia 30096 and answer in writing within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order of Publication.
