Notice is hereby given that Westley Ivan Spears Ashton, the undersigned, filed his petition to the Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia, on the 17th day of May, 2023, praying for a change in the name of his minor children as follows: Ghalesa Danyale-Ivanne Spears to Ghalesa Danyale- Ivanne Ashton; Donivan Jeremiah Spears to Donivan Jeremiah Ashton; and Jaivan DeVaughn Spears to Jaivan DeVaughn Ashton. Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in said Court and to file objections to such name changes. Objections must be filed with said Court within 30 days of the filing of said petition.
