Notice of Foreclosure of Equity of Redemption
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §48-4-45 and O.C.G.A §48-4-46
TO: C. Allen Pagels, any and all heirs at Law of Judy Pagels and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.
TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being the whole of Lot Number Six (6) and a strip 12.5 feet in width on the West side of Lot Number Seven (7), all in Block Number Three Hundred Sixty-eight (368) in the City of Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia, as the same is designated and shown on the Official Map of Survey of said City, together with all improvements thereon.
Said tract of land is known as 608 East 15th Avenue, Cordele, Georgia and further known as Parcel ID C18 072 in the Tax Assessor’s Office of Crisp County, Georgia.
As described in Deed Book 1043, Page 246. Further Described as Map & Parcel C18072.
will expire and will be forever foreclosed and barred on or after the 24th day of April, 2023. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of December, 2021, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1164, Page 160. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 24th day of April, 2023, by payment of redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
